Refund policy

At Casanegra Couture, every piece is produced with great attention to detail and quality. Due to the limited nature of our collections, we encourage customers to carefully review all product information before placing an order.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following policy.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags and accessories

  • Show no signs of damage, washing or alteration

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Limited edition pieces marked as final sale

  • Worn or damaged items

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products


3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee exchanges due to the limited quantities of our collections.

If a different size is available, we may offer an exchange at our discretion.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Casanegra Couture is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
